Availability of all services is conditioned on schedule and climatic conditions. We maintain the right to alter or cease services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To reserve a charter, the following requirements must be met:
- Attain a minimum age of 18 years
- Submit valid and comprehensive information
- Remit the necessary deposit as outlined in your reservation confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation becomes effective only when payment is received and we provide you with written acknowledgment. We hold the authority to decline services at our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter services depend on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable meteorological conditions. We shall endeavor to consider your preferred scheduling.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All listed prices are in € and are inclusive of any applicable taxes, unless specified otherwise. The prices are subject to modification without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter is required at the time of reservation
- Balance: Payment of the remaining amount is required 48 hours before the charter is scheduled to leave
- Additional fees (if applicable): Payable upon the charter's conclusion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept most widely-used credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted methods.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: A full refund will be issued, minus any transaction fees.
- If cancelled between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure: A refund of 50% will be issued.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: There will be no refund provided.
5.2 Weather Cancellations
In the instance that our captain judges the weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:
- Move your booking to another available date without any added charges.
- Issue a complete refund if it is not feasible to reschedule.
5.3 Mechanical Issues
Should there be any mechanical issues with the vessel allocated to you, we will strive to arrange an appropriate replacement. In the absence of a viable alternative, we will refund the entire payment.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All riders are obliged to:
- Adhere to all directions from the crew
- Utilize any safety gear provided when needed
- Inform of any health issues that could impact their well-being
- Stay within the assigned sections of the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following objects are forbidden on the vessel:
- Glass receptacles
- Controlled substances
- Any form of weaponry or guns
- Overabundant amounts of beverages (exceeding moderate consumption)
- Animals (except if granted permission beforehand)
6.3 Conduct
Travelers are required to behave in a decent and polite fashion. Should the conduct of any passenger create a risk to safety or interfere with the comfort of others, the company has the authority to cease the voyage prematurely with no compensation given.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our financial responsibility is capped at the cost of your charter fee. We accept no liability for:
- Injuries to persons due to their own carelessness
- Theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Any indirect, incidental, or punitive costs
- Delays stemming from meteorological conditions or events outside our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We have in place detailed marine insurance for our fleet and operations. Clients must secure their individual travel and personal insurance policies.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By engaging in our charter offerings, you recognize the inherent dangers of sea-related activities and agree to take on the liability for your safety and security.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Our company holds the right to alter travel plans, adjust routes, or change time schedules in response to climatic conditions, for safety reasons, or due to service needs. We will strive to arrange equivalent alternatives whenever changes are made.
9. Force Majeure
Our organization shall not be held accountable for disruptions, postponements, or alterations resulting from factors outside our influence, such as:
- Extreme meteorological conditions
- Catastrophic events
- Legal edicts
- Harbor shutdowns
- Vehicle breakages
10. Privacy and Data Protection
