All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — for example, sunset cruises include premium beverages and appetizers, while corporate charters provide conference facilities and options for business catering.

To ensure availability, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks before your intended charter date, particularly during the high season (May–September). For corporate events and special celebrations, planning 4–6 weeks in advance gives better availability and more time for personalized preparations.

Our primary concern is safety. In the event of unfavorable weather as declared by our captain, we will propose a new charter date or provide a complete refund. We constantly monitor the weather and will reach out 24 hours before your departure if the conditions seem to be dangerous.

Certainly, guests may bring their own meals and drinks. Alternatively, we have exceptional catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Note that for safety precautions, glass containers are prohibited onboard.

We make an effort to cater to all our guests. While some of our vessels are more accessible than others, please let us know your requirements upon reservation, so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and organize any necessary facilities.

For cancellations done 72 hours prior to departure, a full reimbursement is provided. If cancellations occur between 24–72 hours beforehand, a 50% refund is granted. No refund is available for cancellations within 24 hours of the departure unless they are due to unsuitable weather or mechanical problems on our end.
